Join Lauren for a workshop full of self care! Untie tension and soothe your muscles with self massage techniques that target feet, hips, lower back, shoulders and neck. Learn self massage techniques (inspired by The Roll Model Method) using high grip rubber Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls that penetrate through layers of skin and muscle, massaging deep into areas of tension. You’re giving yourself a deep tissue massage! End in comforting and therapeutic restorative poses. Leave feeling relaxed, stress free, with a deeper understanding of your body’s unique anatomy.
Class is appropriate for all levels. Please wear form fitting clothes as loose T-shirts make it challenging to use the balls.
